If your centre console metal is in good order, you may just need a new vinyl recovering kit.
The Mk.IV models (1973-76) had a variety of colours as described here. The vinyl had the courser 1290 grain pattern.
The 1500 cars would have had a smoother grained vinyl in Black known as Stag grain. Please take care when ordering Black.Â
 Our kit includes a ready sewn vinyl cover and a new handbrake brake gaiter.Â
