The 1960 model range had many upgrades as far as the trim was concerned. The actual door did not change shape at all, but the door panel design was changed from previous models. Basically the vinyl covering was produced to make the panel look like it had three separate panels on the surface. The rear door panels had a similar design too.
Please note that colours listed are those that were used in the original manufacture of the vehicle.
