This drivers side glove box is of a black fabricated painted and grained fibreboard construction to original Triumph specification. It will fit Mk.1-2 & 3 Spitfire models but only the Mk.1 GT6 model. Various punched holes are for attachment to the dash area.
This particular seat design was only produced for a very short time for USA models. Later models in this year had a more conventional perforated pattern….

Rubber seat straps that are now over thirty years old will probably have perished and should be renewed with any seat refurbishment-the new straps can be expected to bear a high degree of tension which new, firmer foams and seat coverswill restore. Our kit includes the correct size length of strap, but these pirelli straps…

The squab foams are made up of hard foam on the side bolsters and chip foam on the rear section that is glued to the metal seat frame. The split centre section is made from a much softer foam. The split, cut three quarters of the way up the foam is to allow a calico…
We believe that this particular seat was only available for a short time before regulations for headrests came into being in the USA market in 1969. As can be seen, the flutes on the covers were of a horizontal design and the seat did have a reclining mechanism. If your seat covers are original and…

The headrest foam can be used with your original covers or alongside our new headrest covers along with your original chrome stalks. Alternatively we also offer a complete headrest with brand new chrome stalks as an alternative. …
A new design of seat was introduced for the 1970 model year. It was based on the UK seats, but with the addition of a fixed high back style headrest with the reclining seat. The new design incorporated vertical flutes in the seat centres but is not perforated unlike its black vinyl counterpart. Pictured is…
