This particular seat design was only produced for a very short time for USA models. It is odd because the centre fluted section of the seat cover is embossed with the Diamond pattern that was used on the TR6 range of the same period. Later models in this year had a more conventional perforated pattern….
This is a replacement headrest cover. The bottom of your headrest has a plastic plate which can be unscrewed which will then show staples which hold the cover in place. Remove the cover. Turn your new cover inside out and slowly slide it over the foam turning it the right way. Check before stapling that…
